The report filed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, 12th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas dated 29.08.2023 to the District Judge, South 24th Parganas, Alipore stated that the Regent Park Police Station Case No. 46 dated 07.03.2011 under Section 20(b)(i) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act corresponding to Sessions Case No. 4(5)2011 and NDPS case No. 26/2011 was disposed of by a judgment passed on 18.05.2012 wherein the petitioner was found not guilty and acquitted.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
