1. This revisional application has been filed with an innocuous prayer seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 971 of 2019 pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of prayer, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

5. Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of the Title Suit being No. 971 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to

either of the parties to the suit.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
