Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, the injury report of the victim and the statement of the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 5140 of 2021 is dismissed.
