And In Re : Kazi Samsul ...... petitioner Mr. Somnath Banerjee Mr. Pronojit Roy ...for the petitioner Mr. Suman De Mr. A. Manna .... For the State Petitioner sold an immovable property to the defacto complainant after the same was sold by his father during his lifetime to a different person.

Materials in the case diary make out a case for investigation.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail at this stage will be inimical to such investigation.
