The report filed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Raghunathpur, Dist-Purulia dated 7th November, 2023 stated that the complaint case no.08/2011 had been disposed of on 09.02.2017 and the accused persons who were discharged on compromise. The said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and, accordingly, the same is disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the department as well as the learned Trial Court for information.
