1. Being apprehended to be arrested, this application has been filed by the present petitioner and it is submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

2. The learned Advocate for the State produces the case diary.

3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and having considered the materials available in the case diary and the nature of allegation levelled against the present petitioner as well as the role of the present petitioner, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not necessary.

4. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Hajikul Islam alias Hazikul shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

5. In case the petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Court below shall be entitled to cancel the anticipatory bail without further reference to this Court.

6. The application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.
