By filling the present revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed that learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 4th Court, at Barrackpore, (erstwhile the Court at Sealdah) be directed to dispose of Title Suit No. 359 of 2015 as due to unnecessary adjournment granted by the learned Court below there is delay in disposal Since the petitioners have prayed for expeditious disposal of the above mention suit pending since 2015, no interest of the opposite party is likely to be prejudiced. Therefore, the prayer is allowed. The learned Court below is directed to dispose of the above mentioned case as expeditiously as possible within a period of a year from the date of communication of this order and regard to the diary maintained by the concerned Court and without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 1378 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
