It appears that the present writ petition pertains to the year 2009 and as such, is a fairly old matter. It also reveals that both the writ petitioners have already expired in the meantime. In spite of Court's direction, no steps are taken in this regard.

All the facts as above prompts this Court to dismiss the matter for default.
