The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Purulia Women Police Station Case No.13 of 2020 dated 27.12.2020 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners approached this Court immediately after the charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were enclosed as the same may not serve adhering to the provisions of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. The revisional application, as such, has been preferred at a premature stage.

Petitioners would be at liberty to canvass such points at the time of consideration of the charges under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No interference is called for at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1561 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
