Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report, which among other things, shows inflicting of lacerated wound on the scalp of the victim and the fact that investigation is going on, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
