The petitioner alleges that one of the teachers of Madrasah made several allegations of serious irregularities including not completing the audit of Madrasah from 2019 and a representation was made for that on 2nd May, 2022.

Learned advocate for the State submits that this representation reached the Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal on 11th May,

2022. However, no step in this regard has been taken by the Director of Madrasah Education.

Hence I direct the Director of Madrasah Education to hear the petitioner and the teacher in charge against whom allegations have been made within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order within a period of two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the parties.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
