We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a foreign national. She had remained in India illegally. She was caught while she was trying to cross the international border. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
