Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly for not proceeding with the investigation of Arambagh Police Station Case No.70 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court on or about 31.10.2024.

Having considered that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities, petitioner would ventilate his grievance by taking out an appropriate application under Section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12724 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
