1. Petitioners submit they are Indian citizens. They have Indian passport. They pray for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State contends petitioners are Bangladeshi nationals. They came on a tourist visa. Thereafter they procured Indian passport on the strength of forged documents.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are Bangladeshi nationals who came to India on a tourist visa. Report shows document relied upon by them to procure Indian passports are fake.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
