The present proceedings arise out of Misc. Case No.505 of 2012 relating to the provisions of Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the nature of the proceedings involved in the said provision, I am of the view that, by dint of time, the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1739 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
