For the State Mr. Mookherji, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction, that the concerned BL&LRO has already taken steps on the basis of the representation presented before him by the petitioner and heard the parties on 24th June, 2024.

Mr. Dhar, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents, also supports the petitioner's contention and submits that the BL&LRO will issue final order shortly. In view thereof, no further interference is called for in this matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPLRT 64 of 2024 as well as the contempt application, being MA no. 309 of 2024, are disposed of without any order.

Needless to observe that the BL&LRO shall dispose of the representation by passing a reasoned order, which must be communicated to all interested parties within 6 (six) weeks from date.
