All the petitioners before us stand implicated by the survivor who recorded her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Not only does the survivor speak of sexual assault but also administering poison on her. Medical examination tends to corroborate the statement made by the survivor. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
