The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar, District: 24 Parganas (North), by the order impugned dated January 25, 2024 passed in Ejectment Suit No. 19 of 2021 has dismissed an application for condonation of delay in filing an application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997; in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Bijay Kumar Singh & Ors. Vs. Amit Kumar Chamariya & Ors.

reported in (2019) 10 SCC 660, there is no scope for interference with the order impugned.

C.O. 1643 of 2024 is thus dismissed without any order as to costs.
