Kamalendu Chanda ... petitioner Mr. Asis Bhattacharyya ... for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner surrendered and obtained bail in the complaint case under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. As the learned counsel conducted the case before the trial court passed away, there was a communication gap and the petitioner could not appear before the trial court. Accordingly, warrant of arrest has been issued.

Let the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of six weeks from this date. The petitioner shall be entitled to surrender before the trial court within such time and pray for bail and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
