The order dated 30th June, 2022 is mentioned for correction.

In the 4th and 9th line of the second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 30th June, 2022 the expression "ROPA Rules, 2019" shall stand corrected to read as "ROPA Rules, 2009" and in the 7th line of the second paragraph of the second page of the order dated 30th June, 2022 the expression "14.02.2020" shall stand corrected to read as "19th May, 2009". Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 30th June, 2022.

The other parts of the order dated 30th June, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
