And In Re : Ashwini Kumar Das @ Aswini Kumar Das ...... petitioner Mr. Kalidas Saha ...for the petitioner Mr. Joydeep Roy Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya .... For the State Petitioner apparently is engaged in a racket involving taking money from unsuspected members of public for getting them admitted in nursing schools. Role of the petitioner requires investigation.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation. Moreover, it will send a wrong signal to the society.
