Learned advocate for the State submits that the information was furnished with the police authorities for recovery of the amount.

There are trapping of contractual obligations for which the police authorities did not find any culpability having been made out and as such did not register any case.

In view of the stand taken by the State and the version of the petitioner, I

am of the view that the doors of the petitioner as such cannot be closed.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court under Section 175(3) of the BNSS when the learned Magistrate will assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12213 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
