The petitioners seek liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with an application for discharge in terms of the order passed by this Court on 4th January, 2024 in CRR 5000 of 2023. Such liberty is granted.

In the event the petitioners file an application for discharge before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date, the learned Trial Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 1869 of 2024 is disposed of.
