1. The instant revisional application has been filed, inter alia, praying for expeditious disposal of the injunction application filed in connection with T.S. 214 of 2020, pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kakdwip, 24-Parganas (S).

2. However, the order sheet would demonstrate that a Misc. Case No. 02 of 2023 (v) is pending which has been filed under the provisions of Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, read with Section 151 thereof.

3. Since, it appears that an application complaining violation of the order of injunction is pending, I am of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to any order for expeditious disposal of the injunction application.

4. The revisional application is accordingly dismissed.
