Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 viz. Basanti Chakraborty is an aged lady and she has been implicated in the instant case. Learned advocate also submits that rest of the petitioners are innocent of the charges and because of extraneous consideration, the police authorities have foisted a criminal case against them. I have considered the FIR and the charge-sheet and I am of the, prima facie, opinion that a case has been made out for the purposes of the petitioners to face trial in a court of law. As such, no interference is called for.

At this juncture, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1, being an aged lady, intends

to surrender before the learned jurisdictional court by 30.04.2022.

In case, the petitioner no.1 viz. Basanti Chakraborty surrenders within the aforesaid period, the learned trial court will consider her bail application keeping in mind the issue whether her custodial detention for the purposes of investigation is required or not.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1698 of 2018 is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
