Mr. Ranjan Saha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors submits that within two weeks from date a fresh letter of appointment shall be issued after removing the condition imposed during the pendency of the appeal and shall comply with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

In view of such assurance that the alleged contemnors shall issue the letter of appointment in terms of the order of the learned Single Judge, we dispose of the contempt application by directing the

alleged contemnors to comply with this order within two weeks from date.

3. Leave is given to correct the name of the Chairman-in-Charge, Paschim Medinipur as we have been informed that Shri Khursheed Ali Quadri is the present Chairman-in-Charge, Paschim Medinipur, District Primary School Council, Rabindranagar.

4. The new incumbent shall be added in course of the day by deleting the name of Habibur Rahaman.
