The petitioner was served with a copy of the order dated 26th April, 2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Bankura Range and was directed to attend the hearing on the scheduled date, time and venue.

It appears that the date of hearing was fixed on 3rd May, 2024. The present writ petition was filed on 2nd May, 2024. Citing pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner did not attend on the date of hearing. Petitioner intends to file a rectification report in terms of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, 2006. The petitioner is directed to make necessary submission before the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies who passed the order dated 26th April, 2024.

The Deputy Registrar shall take necessary steps in the matter in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
