Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including statements of the present de facto complainant as well as other victims alleging that the petitioner had taken different sums of money from them by promising good return and never returned the said money and the fact that investigation of the case is continuing, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 1769 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
