1. I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel representing the NCB.

2. After going through the materials on record and the nature of allegation leveled coupled with the period of detention this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer at this stage.

3. Hence, prayer stands rejected.

4. CRM(NDPS) 1130 of 2026 is dismissed.
