Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that, in the meantime, the treatment of the petitioners, who are suffering from rare diseases, has been commenced and is going on.

Only one of the petitioners, since she is in Vellore, could not be treated as yet.

However, full arrangements have been made for treatment of all the petitioners and to continue such treatment.

In such view of the matter, there is no necessity of keeping the contempt application pending.

Accordingly, CPAN 564 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
