1. Writ petition is directed against an order dated April 24, 2025 passed in O.A. 699 of 2025 (LRTT).

2. By the impugned order, learned Tribunal disposed of the Original Application on the ground that, since, the records were not available with the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, it cannot be said that, there was any inaction on the part of the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer in not disposing of the proceeding.

3. We passed an order dated June 10, 2025 requiring the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to hear the parties on June 11, 2025 and to complete the exercise within a time framed fixed.

4. Today, learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon a bunch of documents which includes an order dated June 11, 2025 passed by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer under Section 51(A)(4) of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955. By such order, the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer found that the entries in favour of Md. Mohiuddin and Md. Nuruddin in plot nos.27 and 32 of J.L. No. 56 are unauthorized and procedurally invalid. Records were restored in favour of Moulavi Enamuddin son of Kenamuddin, in terms of the original RS records.

5. Copy of the bunch of documents relied upon by the State in Court is made over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

6. In such circumstances, the impugned order is set aside.

7. Parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard to the order of the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer dated June 11, 2025 in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

8. W.P.L.R.T. 86 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
