Mallick ... for the Petitioner Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee Mr. Amrita Lal Chatterjee ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Title Suit No. 236 of 2023, wherein, the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Kakdwip has been pleased to direct the Harwood Point Coastal P.S. to abide by the order passed by the court including the order dated 17.10.2023 in its true spirit.

In view of the learned Civil Court

having passed specific directions upon the concerned police station, I direct the Officer-in-charge/Inspector-in-Charge of the said police station to respect, obey and abide by the said order as also the terms mentioned therein until and unless the same is varied and/or modified by any higher court of law.

The police authorities would, in the circumstances, also maintain the law and order and ensure that the status quo order which has been passed in respect of the nature, character, interest and possession of the scheduled property in the said Title Suit is not violated at the instance of the defendants/respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11924 of 2023 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Since affidavits are not called for from the State-respondents, rest of the

accusations made against the Staterespondents are deemed not to be admitted.

Affidavit-of-service so filed be kept with the record.
