Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned advocate appearing for the respondents.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed by permitting the petitioner to file a detailed report with comprehensive representation before the respondent No. 9 within 15 days from date and the competent authority may be directed to decide the representation in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

The other parties have raised no objection to this innocuous prayer. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by issuing following directions:- 5.

1) The petitioner may file a comprehensive representation along with relevant documents before respondent no. 9 by annexing copy of this order within15 days.

2) Respondent No. 9, in turn, may consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law by passing the reasoned order within 90 days therefrom. If necessary, the respondent no.9 shall hear the interested parties before taking a decision. The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.
