This is an old appeal of 2014. We find from the records that there is a report of the Stamp Reporter dated April 7, 2014, pointing out certain defects in the appeal which were required to be corrected by the appellant.

We also find an order made by the Registrar Administration (L&OM) on December 8, 2022, directing the appellant to remove the defects. Nobody appears for the appellant. The defects have not been removed. Obviously, the appellant is not interested to proceed with this appeal.

F.M.A.T. 350 of 2014 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
