It appears that Public Prosecutor has been appointed in the case before the learned Trial Court and the Case Diary and relevant records are in place. Charge is yet to be considered.

Considering the period of pendency of the case, the learned Trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within one year from the next date of hearing fixed before him, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 1876 of 2024 is disposed of.
