Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and the State. Perused the case diary and the statement made by the witnesses and the injury report.

Having regard to the injury inflicted at the vital part of the body, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM 5202 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
