Report submitted by the SI of Police, Bizpore PS, BKPC through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. Mr.

Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is anxious as the petitioners are facing custodial trial. Charge is yet to be framed by the learned trial court. Having considered the report which has been submitted, I find that after collecting the chemical examiner's report, a supplementary chargesheet was filed and a date has been fixed on 27th February, 2023 by the learned trial court. The learned trial court within a month from 27th February, 2023 will frame charges and proceed with the trial of the case. If no witnesses are available on the date so fixed, the learned trial court would issue notice to the Office of the learned Superintendent of Police who are maintaining registers for availability of the witnesses and progress of the case under the NDPS Act

pursuant to the direction passed by this court in CRR 3633 of 2022. All efforts must be taken by the learned trial court to expeditiously conclude the trial.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2033 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
