There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner. The narcotics were recovered in front of the house of the petitioner.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner, gravity of the offence and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
