Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. In view of the same, WPA 12477 of 2006 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. There shall however, no order as to costs.
