Petitioner complains that she is being threatened 11.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.119 Rakib by the private respondents when she intends to enter her residence. Last of the representation was filed with the superior officer of the police on or about 19.04.2024. Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having considered that the information furnished was 11 months ago. Petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation before the police authorities, who on receipt of the same will act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 12807 of 2024 is disposed of.
