Case No. 907/22. The learned Magistrate had passed certain orders and had directed the Officer-inCharge, Hanskhali Police Station to ensure compliance of the said order. The returnable date before the learned Magistrate is July 18, 2022. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is not maintainable and is premature. The date for compliance of the order before the learned Magistrate, has not even arrived as yet.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
