At the time of consideration of both the writ petitions no one appears on behalf of the petitioners and no accommodation is prayed for. However, Chandernagore Municipality is represented by learned advocate. Same situation prevailed on 15th December, 2022.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest. Both the writ petitions stand dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated. Application, if any pending, also stands dismissed.
