Mr. Sarwar Jahan Mr. Sayantan Hazra Mr. Maidul Islam Kayal ..for the petitioner Mr. Ranjan Saha ..for DPSC, Jhargram The petitioner wanted transfer from his present school on the ground of illness of low back pain which appears from page 19 of the writ application. Low back pain is a very common disease and it can be cured easily by taking advice of any physiotherapist or yoga teacher. So, that is not an ailment for which a person can be transferred from one school to another. Moreover the school authority has intimated that if the teacher is transferred the school will have only one teacher. This cannot be accepted by the court because in that case students will suffer till a reliever comes. For the above reasons, I do not find any merit in this writ application. The writ application is dismissed.
