1. Both learned advocate for the writ petitioners and learned advocate for K.M.C. are present.

2. Learned advocate for the writ petitioners has handed over a letter dated 05.06.2023 as written by the writ petitioners addressed to him whereby the present writ petitioners instructed the learned advocate for the writ petitioners to withdraw the instant writ petition. In course of his submission, learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits before this Court that in view of such instruction, an appropriate order for withdrawal of the instant writ petition may be passed with a liberty to file afresh.

3. Heard learned advocate for the writ petitioners.

4. Perused the letter dated 05.06.2023 which is taken on record.

5. In view of the submission as made by the learned advocate for writ petitioners, the instant writ petition being WPA 10773 of 2018 stands hereby withdrawn and is, thus, disposed of.

6. Interim order, if therebe any, stands hereby vacated.

7. Liberty is given to the writ petitioners to file similar such writ petition if occasion so arises.
