The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the alleged violation of the order dated 10th December, 2024.

The State is represented and submits that despite the non-appearance of the Pradhan i.e. the alleged contemnor, the State undertakes to serve the Pradhan a copy of this order.

In view of the above, CPAN 1968 of 2025 in WPA 11935 of 2023 stands disposed of by extending the time for the Pradhan to comply with the order dated 10th December, 2024 and consider the representation dated 27th April, 2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication

of this order.
