Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the 'scooty' and the 'mobile phone' of the deceased were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
