The writ petition has been preferred being aggrieved that the petitioner's application dated 21st April, 2026 has not been considered by the respondent no.4 till date.

On hearing the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.4 to consider the said representation of the petitioner on hearing the parties and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within a period of sixty days from the date of this order.
