Learned counsel for the petitioner rightly points out that in the order dated May 9, 2024, although in paragraph no.16 it was indicated that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach any competent civil court, including the courts where the suits are pending at present, paragraph no.17 of the said order went down so as to restrict the petitioner to civil courts in seisin of the suits.

Accordingly, let paragraph no.17 of the said order be deemed to stand corrected to the effect that after the expression "civil courts in seisin of the suits", the further expression "or any other competent civil court" should be incorporated.

Such correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated May 9, 2024.

Let this order treated to be a part of the order dated May 9, 2024.
