Counsel for both the parties submit that the matter has amicably settled out of Court.

The insurance company has agreed to pay a consolidated sum of Rs.5,50,000/- to the respondentsclaimants within a period of 60 days of receipt of the bank particulars from counsel for the respondents. Since the matter has been amicably settled, I have not included any default clause.

Upon payment of the aforesaid settled and agreed sum, the insurance company shall be entitled to withdraw the statutory deposit made by it of Rs.25,000/- with accrued interest from the Registrar General of this Court. With the aforesaid observations, the instant appeal stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
