The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the present proceedings are progressing before the learned trial court in spite of the petitioner being in custody for a considerable period of time. Report submitted by Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

Having considered the nature of the case, I direct the learned special court to expedite the progress of the case by fixing regular schedule and enforcing the appearance of the witnesses by issuing notice to the office of the Superintendent of Police. No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties. All efforts must be taken to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2035 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
